Process monitoring with an independent temperature and humidity data logger.
In a variety of applications, Tempmate B data loggers can be used to track temperature and humidity. Process monitoring, simple office environment monitoring, and monitoring temperature-sensitive goods in transit are all examples of monitoring. The small size provides unmatched options.
Tempmate B constantly keeps track of all pertinent data. The self-contained, single-channel temperature data recorders in the tempmate B series can store up to 8,000 data points. They can measure anywhere between -40°C and +140°C, depending on the model chosen. They can fit inside tiny objects and packages since they are so tiny (about the size of a watch battery). The 2-channel small data loggers for temperature and humidity are called tempmate B4 loggers.
The logger is connected to the PC via the separately available USB adapter, and is programmed, read and analysed with the aid of the user-friendly TempIT software. The TempIT-Lite software offers a graphical display and can be downloaded here, free of charge. For more comprehensive analysis, including table view, data export function (for example Excel or Word), MKT, F0, A0 and PU calculations, there is the TempIT-Pro version, which is also available with optional copy protect dongle. It is possible to upgrade from TempIT-Lite to TempIT-Pro at any time.
Tempmate B series data loggers are permanently sealed with an internal, non-replaceable battery. Therefore, loggers have a certain lifespan and will need to be replaced at the end of this period. This lifetime depends on many factors such as scanning time, resolution, and ambient temperature to which it is exposed.
This tool allows you to calculate the minimum lifespan of your product. For short cycle high temperature applications it is often better to think of this as the number of cycles that can be recorded.
To optimize battery life, follow these rules:
Use the maximum daily range your trade will accept.
Using lower resolution will significantly increase battery life.
Use 'Stop at Full' mode wherever possible so the recorder does not continue recording after the test.
When the recorder is not used for a significant period of time, battery life can be increased by changing the recording interval to 24 Hours.
