Signal:

• Flow Signal: Support for 4-20mA and frequency input, with 4-20mA input offering a set of DC24V power distribution, along with input frequency and a group of DC12V and DC24V power distribution.
• Temperature Signal: Compatibility with two sets of temperature input, providing a set of DC24V power distribution, and offering signal types of 4-20mA, PT100, PT1000 as optional choices.
• Switch Signal: Main failure alarm support.
• Transmission Output: Backed by 4-20mA transmitter output support.
• Alarm Output: Equipped with a group of relay contact outputs.

Flow Sensors:

• Compatibility with various throttling devices, standard orifice plates (flange pressure plates, corner tapping orifice, D and D / 2 to take pressure plate), standard nozzles (ISA1932 nozzle diameter nozzle, venturi nozzle), the standard venturi tube (casting contraction section, machining contraction section, crude iron welding contraction section), V cone flowmeter, general differential pressure flow meter, flow meter pulse output current output meter (4-20mA vortex, electromagnetic flow meter, linear meter), pipe flowmeter, and mass flowmeter.
• Universal Pressure Meter Flow Coefficient K: Generated by two methods—meter internal calculations and user-provided coefficients. User-adjustable flow coefficient K can be segmented into up to 10 segments.
• Differential Pressure Flowmeter: Offers two modes, instrumentation and sensor prescribing, for plates, nozzles, etc.
• Pulse Output Flow Coefficient K: Can be segmented for flow meter settings and segmented into up to 10 segments.

• Password Protection: Provides both supply-side and demand-side double passwords to ensure trade settlement security.
• Automatic Conversion: Supports automatic unit conversion for user convenience.
• Small Flow Complement: Combines real-time monitoring and recording functions, automatically accumulating percentage calculations when flow is less than the low flow threshold.
• Overrun Complement: Automatically calculates overrun cumulative percentages when actual flow rate exceeds the set value.
• Complement Blackout: Records cumulative amount loss during power outages.

Compensation Formula:

• Calculates throttle flowmeter discharge coefficient C according to GB/T2624-2006 (ISO5167-2003) and expansion coefficient ε.
• Utilizes the Redlich-Kwong equation for gas compressibility factor Z.
• Computes superheated steam and saturated steam density based on IAPWS-IF97.
• Determines natural gas physical parameters based on SY/T6143-2004 standards.

Data Record:

• Records instantaneous flow, temperature, return temperature, pressure, volume, and transient frequency.
• Offers optional recording intervals of 1 min / 2 min / 5 min / 10 min / 20 min / 30 min / 60 min.
• Supports USB2.0 interface for importing and exporting configuration parameters, backup of cumulative reports, historical data, alarm recordings, power logs, and operating logs. Compatible with 4GB USB flash drives, viewable directly with Excel.
• Supports the FAT32 file system, allowing Windows to automatically identify backup data files without format conversion.

Communication:

• Standard serial communication interfaces include RS485 and RS232C, with support for MODBUS-RTU communication protocol.
