Diaphragm Solid Level Switches
A Diaphragm Solid Level Switch is mounted on the tank's side wall. The diaphragm applies pressure when the granular material in the tank reaches the diaphragm solid level switch. This pressure forces the diaphragm back, allowing it to make contact. Diaphragm solid level switches can be utilized in both pressurized and unpressurized tanks. It is one of the most cost-effective methods of measuring solid levels.
