High-Quality Rotary Paddle Level Switch

The drive device is a micromotor, and the transmission shaft is in contact with the clutch. When it does not make touch with the material, the motor continues to run normally; when the blade makes contact with the material, the motor stops operating; the testing device outputs a contact signal, cuts the power, and the rotary stops in the meantime. When the material progressively falls down, the pressure on the blade disappears, and the testing equipment returns to its previous state thanks to the torsion spring. Torsion could be controlled by varying the material's gravity.

Application

  • Used for detecting material level of warehouse, vessel, bin and tank. The material level switch can prevent warehouse flooding, tank jam and ware house empty so as to reduce flooding, material waste and standby time.
  • It is also suitable for plastic, food, chemical industry, mineral iron, material and other solid matter.
