A top-of-the-line industrial IoT module, the TCW242, was created to satisfy the strict monitoring and control requirements of industrial applications. It offers simple and thorough monitoring and analysis of a variety of parameters thanks to Ethernet connectivity and data logging features.

This Industrial IoT module is a flexible option because it includes 4 digital inputs, 4 analog inputs, an RS-485 interface for attaching MODBUS RTU sensors, and 4 relays. The analog inputs can be set up to monitor a variety of parameters either in voltage (0–10V) or current loop (0–20 mA) modes.

This industrial IoT module facilitates setting up to 24 separate monitoring channels using Teracom and third-party MODBUS RTU sensors.
The TCW242 also features strong alarm capabilities, allowing for the setup of up to 24 separate alerts with a choice of five user-selectable states. SNMP, HTTP API, MODBUS TCP/IP, and MQTT are just a few of the communication protocols that the device supports, making it simple to integrate with other industrial systems and gadgets.
