Humidity and Temperature Sensor TSM400-4-TH

Humidity and Temperature Sensors Supplier

TSM400-4-TH is a digital humidity and temperature sensor with RS-485 support for MODBUS RTU protocol. It's designed for wall mounting, making it ideal for monitoring server rooms, data centers, offices, and stores.

The digital temperature and humidity sensor incorporates essential components and signal processing, delivering fully calibrated digital output for precise measurements. These components come factory calibrated, eliminating the need for lifetime recalibration.

TSM400-4-TH is compatible with the widely-used Modbus RTU protocol, making it suitable for Building Management Systems (BMS) and Industrial Automation Systems (IAS). Each sensor is uniquely identified for multi-sensor setups on the same RS-485 bus.

This humidity and temperature sensor comes in a slim plastic enclosure that fits standard flush-mounted/cavity wall boxes with a maximum installation opening of 61 mm.

Technical Properties:

  • Physical characteristics
  • Dimensions: 81 x 81 x 30mm
  • Weight: 66g
  • Environmental limits
  • Operating temperature range: -20 to 60°C
  • Operating relative humidity range: 10 to 90% (non-condensing)
  • Recommended operating range is 20% to 80% RH (non-condensing) over –10 °C to 60 °C
  • Prolonged operation beyond these ranges may result in a shift of sensor reading, with slow recovery time
  • Long term drift typical: ±0.25%RH/year, ±0.05°C/year
  • Higher drift might occur due to contaminant environments with vaporized solvents, adhesives, packaging materials, etc.
  • Storage temperature range: -20 to 60°C
  • Storage relative humidity range: 10 to 90% (non-condensing)
  • Ingress protection: IP20
